For quite a long time, friends who do things like I do, have been suggesting to me that I should add Body, Mind and Spirit Expo to my line-up. So, this year I have.

Because I’ve not done it before, there’s. a LOT I don’t know, but I know it is a BIG event, and the group that does this one, does similar events all over the country.

I’ll be there both days, so stop on in.
